It is indeed a dark day when I have to do this. But it is deemed necessary by me as a Tournament Organizer to create a Blacklist for TSHFT to ensure that all TSHFT participants have a fair and enjoyable time at the event. This is not only to protect the p_layer_s at the event, but in turn, protecting our hobby as well. The individual(s) is(are) not generated by peer pressure. There must be concrete violations and evidences against the individual (either reported actively during TSHFT or in other forms readily produced for public viewing) before the TO put such an individual on the Blacklist. Once a person's name is listed on the Blacklist, his name WILL NOT be removed successfully appealed. This choice is not taken lightly by me and I take no joy in announcing the following individual(s).
Nathaniel Williams [January 21, 2010]
All individual(s) listed above have a date next to their name entry. The individual must adhere to the following rules and regulations in all matters relating to TSHFT for the future.
- Individual will not be allowed to compete in any TSHFT for a year's time (dated from the date listed). If registered and paid for prior to the date listed, then the money will be refunded; if registered after the date listed then any money paid will be used towards prize support and no refund will be given. Any continual payment will be considered signs of donation and dispersed accordingly (this may or may not help an individual's appeal.
- Individual may participate in TSHFT in probation after the first year's time is up and enter all TSHFT related events. However, any further violation will result in a ban for life for the individual and removal of his rights to appeal before the TSHFT committee.
- Individual may chooses to appeal his status after a year of probation. TSHFT will organized a committee (A panel of 5 individuals consists of previous TSHFT participants chosen at random) that will review the individual's past demeanor and grant or deny such an appeal. If an appeal is granted, then the individual's name will be removed from the Blacklist. If the appeal is unsuccessful, then the individual is granted further appeal on a once per six month cycle.
Sincerely,
Zen (TO)
