In the Assassination Secondary _object_ive does killing a retinue count as 2 battlepoints? So if I faced an Inquisitor Lord with retenue and killed the entire unit would I get 2 battle points or 4 battle points?

Since a retinue is indeed a separate choice, you will get 4 BP for destroying them both. I don't foresee this happen often though since retinue is quite rare nowadays.
